1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via trusted carriers.
Delivery within Australia typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
International orders usually arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on customs and location.

2. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to update your order details, contact us immediately at info@shopnaka.co. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled. Please double-check your address and items before checkout to avoid delays.
3. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Change-of-mind returns receive store credit or exchange only. 4. What if my order hasn’t arrived yet?
If your tracking hasn’t updated in several days, don’t panic carriers may experience delays, especially during high-volume periods. Please check your tracking link for updates. If it’s been more than 14 days beyond the estimated delivery date, contact us at info@shopnaka.co so we can follow up with the courier.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times vary based on destination and customs processing. Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
6. What if I received the wrong or damaged item?

Yes. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue store credit so you can reorder your preferred size or style immediately.

9. Can I use more than one discount code?

Codes cannot be used on sale items or combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.
