We stand by the quality of every Shop Naka piece. Each item is designed for movement, confidence, and comfort but if something’s not quite right, we’ll help you sort it out within the fair limits below.
Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify, the item must be in its original condition unworn, unwashed, unused, and free of marks or odour.
It must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached and include proof of purchase.
Returns that show wear, deodorant marks, makeup, stretching, or missing tags will be declined and sent back.
How to Start a Return
Email info@shopnaka.co with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item.
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed faulty.
Refunds, Credits & Exchanges
Change of Mind: Eligible items can be returned for store credit or exchange only.
Faulty or Incorrect Items: If inspected and confirmed faulty, we’ll offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Sale or Promotional Items: These are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds (if approved): Issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Damage or Fault Claims
Inspect your order on arrival. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos so we can review and resolve quickly.
Exclusions
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on:
• Underwear, shapewear, or bodysuits
• Personal-use or hygiene-related products
• Final-sale items or gift cards
Consumer Rights
This policy complies with Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing here limits your statutory rights, but we reserve the right to reject returns that don’t meet the above conditions.
