Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During sales, launches, or peak periods, processing times may extend slightly. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.
Shipping Timeframes
Australia:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch
International:
Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance, usually 7–14 business days after dispatch.

All orders include tracking. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
