Thank you for shopping with Shop Naka. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched.
During sales, launches, or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped with tracking details.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location and order size.
Australia
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch
International
We ship worldwide. Delivery timeframes vary by destination and customs clearance processes. Most international orders arrive within 7–14 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on courier performance, customs delays, or unforeseen events. Shop Naka is not responsible for delays once your order has been handed over to the carrier.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
4. Incorrect Addresses and Undeliverable Orders
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
Shop Naka is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional postage costs may apply.
5. Lost or Delayed Parcels
We use trusted carriers, but once an order leaves our warehouse, delivery is beyond our control. If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number. If you need assistance, email info@shopnaka.co and we’ll help follow up with the carrier. Claims for missing parcels must be lodged within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
6. Pre-Orders and Backorders
Pre-order items are dispatched once stock arrives at our warehouse.
Estimated delivery dates are provided on the product page and may vary depending on supplier schedules or customs clearance.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together once all items are available, unless stated otherwise.
7. Customs, Duties and Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes applicable to their order.
These charges are not included in your order total and vary by country.
Shop Naka is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.
8. Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
